I wish that it is so, but past dividends are not guaranteed & can be cut.
I recall the loyalist blindly buying FXL at 2.80 and above, on the back to their yield & god helped anyone who said otherwise. Guess what? They cut the dividend to about half.
Not saying something like that will happen with RFG, I'm wishful they don't, but just saying... one can never rely on yesterdays yield.
Having said that, seems damn cheap on fundamentals, and if she drops a bit more I'm averaging down.
