ELF and Options, page-245

It was not that I was going to convert before. What happened was after speaking to management I understood that the interest in 3 years time was the only payments besides the loan and so I bought a whole bunch more on that assumption, I would not have done that in hindsight had I known about the 2% management fees every 6 months.
Anyways, I am now locked in with a much bigger exposure and I hope all turns out well. The 2% along the way will not affect me that much and if this company does well, I will look back and be very happy with the extra purchase and maybe be relieved I had not known about the fees or else I would have much less shares.
So glta and heres hoping for some positive news from India.
