Good grief Marker! How to answer one question with something else!

One thing that is very obvious from reading the announcements is exactly the opposite of what you said ie none of those involved did any on market trading at all so there was no 'keeping a lid' on anything.

It takes a little side by side reading but from the announcements -

1. Aland took a placement of $5m shares at market prices
2. Aland bought 33m shares from Hockings (see Aland disclosure of 158m ie 125m from placement plus 33m and then see Hockings ann about the sale of 33m via an option that was struck in Jan)
3. Aland also bought a small amount on market.
4. Hockings has not done anything else (except was diluted by the placement)
5. Barton has not bought or sold and was diluted by the placement to be under 5%

Lets not cast dispersions (even if acceptable to you) when they don't exist.

As a shareholder I was very happy with the way this appears to have gone down - the way I read it was that Aland was interested as early as January but the company didn't want/need money at that time so didn't dilute all of us and there was an option struck to give them access to 33m shares @ 3c. Then as the Board finalised the management structure and look to the year ahead they were able to place $5m of stock with Aland at a market price with zero discount to fund the year ahead. Most companies I invest in would DREAM of having access to $5m of capital in a phone call!

So to answer Lexcorps question -

There appears to have been only 1 trade done between the 3 names mentioned and it was done back in Jan as an option that was exercised in June.

To Marker - the evidence via announcements was that there has been ZERO market trading except a little buying from Aland at an average of 3.8c if you backsolve from the announcement.
