Just read ASX 'Continuous Disclosure' to see what obligations GDN have in releasing material information. GDN are required to release any information which would have a material effect on the share price. As they haven't, it can be assumed that testing is still continuing. If testing is completed then announcement should be made as whether it is good or bad as it would have a material effect on the share price. GDN would not hide these results as they are required to submit factual monthly reports to the Utah Division of Oil and Gas. If they did hide the facts, then they would be breaking ASX Rules. The waiting game contiues!!
