Hi Mohnish,
Given Jeffreys languages, background and skill set, would it be fair to say any acquisition may well be outside of India?
This leads me to speculate that Jeffrey will run the cyber security part of the operation (should one be acquired), leaving you to run TSI.
It appears to me we are on the cusp of a major expansion. Obviously you are in a good position to deal with the Indian side of things, and well placed to negotiate the interrogation of systems any acquisition by TSN might require into the operating model of TSI. This presupposes that TSN acquire or at least reach a deal to control TSI. Despite commercial considerations, I still see this as a given, unless a buyer for the full 100% of TSI comes forward.
I'm visualizing this like the head of a Hydra, with a least three snakes to start with and growing more over time.
Anything you are able comment on would be most welcome.
