    I bet the capex from BFS/PFS is around $200m range. AXO has indicated 50/50 equity and debt.

    It is very likely that AXO will issue 100m+ shares at some stage.

    Any issue price is more likely at discount to the market. It is my feel because the management is a bit soft.
