    Hi Earnie

The other opportunity (when APG was 2 cents) evaporated. Was there for 72 hours. Was disappointed at the time but not now !! It may or may not come up again but in the meantime I'm actually making a paper profit with APG for the first time in a few years.

Started to do some heavy research when APG got to 16-17 cents and decided (to my suprise) not to sell but to wait to see what BHP would do. Was actually looking to buy BHP again on weakness. Chance would be a fine thing !! But then the planets were aligning for APG ....

I'm with you on the T/O and would've said last month that a T/O after the demo plant was in production was overly optimistic. Now I'm not so sure......if it's not sooner it WILL BE on completion of the 60 ktpa plant.

We haven't any detail about the contract but to my mind 'a fully integrated ERMS SR plant' means EARS and DRI. Can't see BHP letting anything slip through to the keeper. Even with a partial ownership. Those numbers (for EARS and DRI) might be needed to be factored into Corridor Sands (risk amelioration perhaps !!) If not ie if there is a deal with OST in the short term (before demo plant completion) then are we in $$$$$
