    Isn't this great -

    Everyone is happy again chatting up APGs future and the chances of a takeover. Just when I was dreamining of a fat juicy divvy for the rest of my life.

    My preference would be for a fully franked 5-10% divvy based on a $1+ share price for say 50 years! Now that to me is the way to go!
