For starters, thinking the polls will turn around if Abbott departs is just your personal desire and hope.
Turnbull has been on a Black Diamond Ski Run in the polls since he took the job two years ago. It was straight to the top of the Mountain and then all down hill from there..................................Abbott wasn't to be seen or heard when Turnbull's second attempt at failure was unfolding (remember he was Leader of the Liberal Party before Abbott took over from him).
Anyway I asked you what actually changes with the Nation not whether a poll will rise because Abbott departs.
Since you can't or will not answer me, I will tell you............................ High Energy costs are going to belt the economy and borrowing our way to delusional Sovereign Happiness with Out-Of-Control Sovereign Debt is going to result in a Venezuelan style hard landing.
You seem oblivious to the fact that the voters are the one's that are unhappy with the policies. Most couldn't give a Flying Duck if Abbott opened his mouth or not, if he stayed or went......................... however they do care if the Policies of the Liberal Party are hurting them.
Personally the only hope for the Liberal Party is in Political Speak ........ a full-on Lobotomy and a Back of the Pub Car Park Bashing.
Neither Abbott or Turnbull are the answer. It's the policies, they're the problem and the answer is to be found in changing them.
