Fonterra and Saputo pay more because their product mix and asset base and business more efficient than mg. and they don't have to deal with the mess Gary left... bad contracts


Mg are paying what they can afford because product mix and asset base inferior and a lot inefficiencies


Fonterra and Saputo and Bega make much bigger profits from their milk supply than mg


These muppetts think mg should just make a profit and pay every cent to farners is dumb and actually what they will do this year and most likely next. So they are getting their wish


Fonterra Saputo make much much more profit on their milk than mg. Fonterra margin and profit ($1bn this year) is a universe higher than mg.


I get you would have made more but to make out (not you these other idiots) mg screwed them... they didn't they forgave the debt and pay a competitive price

The facts are the facts and they are the cost base is to high because of bad mgnt, they have old bad contracts and the product mix is inferior to competitors plus the business has been very inefficient and has to much fat

Mg were stupid to come out with $4.70 and I made it very clear like everyone it was stupid and the industry has moved on from starting at 90% of final price

As a shareholder the sooner bega and Saputo make a joint takeover of mg the better. This will screw Fonterra which would be great. Bega the last Australia company to have meaningful milk supply.
