The Top 10 can sell anytime as the shares are not escrowed, so should be considered part of the free float. There are two shareholders with >5% shareholdings, Curtin University has 86 million (12.8%), and Peters Investments has 63 million (9.3%), who are required to lodge a notice to the ASX if they sell shares.
Outside that are the three founders each with 31 million shares (4.6%), and a bunch of largish ex MNQ shareholders (5-15 million shares) who might have sold, we just don't know until we see the latest Top 20 in the Annual Report.
There were some really big parcels sold last Wednesday, and I wouldn't be surprised if Curtin Uni or Peters Inv. lodges a change in substantial shareholding notice next week.
