Yes you're correct, thanks. The free float excludes what the Prospectus called "consideration shares" issued to the founders + Curtin Uni, of which there are 213 million, and escrowed until October 2018. Existing MNQ shareholders had 170 million, and new capital raised from 288 million shares, gives 170 + 288 = 458 million free float.
