The Bell Potter report of 27 March after VR-1 assumes Petrosan backs in and FAR has a capital raise of $80 million at around the current share price to get through the next phase. Success in the current well could reduce the dilution if it gives the share price a kick. It includes a useful table showing how sensitive the DCF valuation is to the exchange rate and oil price. At $US45 and 80 the value is 14cps. It uses $65 and 75 which gives a value of 27cps or almost twice as much.
