Sorry but you're incorrect on the TATA deployment statements recently. It was confirmed directly with Craig Hepburn previously & recently . More content is required but is building in the background with small pilot. It was confirmed it will deploy in US first.No more info was given.
The screen shot you give is 12 months old and it was confirmed at the time also. The TATA website only started to update at the end 2016 with this type of detail, just like the Syntonic website has all the great forward projecting business model that has just finally start to take place.
It's going to be a bit longer on that front but when it hits we will all know about it.
