Given that they had the shareholder and hot copper warnings and undertook even more detailed due diligence before declaring there were no issues and they failed to detect any of the problems which had been handed on a platter to them, it was hardly likely they would have had enough evidence to have a case against VVV.
Pretty much the same attention to detail which has resulted in them not receiving their R&D refund as yet and the size of it seeming to shrink by the day.
