It's pretty clear to me that some people here suspect that you're trying to down ramp. Others have suggested that you're here to sell software, which seems odd since any worthwhile market software is a trade secret. Not knowing you, I don't know what the truth is, but I suspect your motivation isn't to make money as much as it have people tell you how clever you are - which is fine of course - so show your working and I'll happily read it and ponder.
The market neither creates or destroys wealth - it merely transfers it. This, fortunately, leaves us with a simple solution - if you don't like MYX's chances, buy the derivatives that allow you to short it: Citi short warrants - MYXKCP MYXKCQ - for instance, could give you the short exposure you're looking for.
No one is forcing you to buy into the stock, equally no one is forcing anyone else to sell. The sensible thing to do is crunch your numbers, read your charts and take a position and hope to profit.
