I've read that book too. Part of the problem with One.Tel was that Jodee Rich enlisted people to sign up fake customers, using fake details, and paid them a fee to do that. He included that customer base as an asset of the company, with projected earnings that never came to fruition. MYX on the other hand has been earning good money from its branded, generics, and contract services businesses. One good part of the business is its earnings diversification.
