So now your suggesting SDL don't even have to get the ball rolling until Cameroon secure their funding. Surely a competent board would be one step ahead and actively engage in their own interest without waiting for the other party to trigger their part of the deal?

IMO the carpet should be pulled from under SDL. It is still my strong opinion Cameroon and China are in bed together and SDL is in their way. As painful as that would be for many many holders at least the wounds could begin to heal.
