The acquisition appears a nice fit . Brings some good income stream diversification .Pleased to see UtiliSat CEO retained to run the IGO & NGO division. Increase in Debt level appears managable.The CapRock acquisition is said to be bedding down well so this acquisition should fold in nicely . SP won't see a real kick on IMO until 2018 when benefits of all recent acquisitions come into sight. This one is a long term opportunity.
