In a meeting just prior to their departure from Moscow, Dr Soultanov and Mr Pellegrino were advised by representatives of the Russian Ministry of Health that Ropren(r) would be registered as a new pharmaceutical substance during this month. Upon registration, it will be given an official certificate and registration number under which it will be entered in the Russian Pharmacopoeia. This will give Solagran the right to market the product as a pharmaceutical substance.


WELL........from that you can read many things......

Ropren is registered but it takes a signature to make the stuff valid......it is approved and it may take a while for the bloke to sober up enough to sign the paper, the secretary a while to sober up enough to post the paper and the postie a few days to sober up and deliver it.....

Todays action indicates confidence and action tomorrow.
