Can anyone confirm what % of the company is listed on the ASX? Is it 100%?
Also, as the agreement with Nviso doesn't incorporate any form of commercial contracts, how do we think they are going to bring this to commercialisation? Will it be through individual pay as you use, say $5 per use for your typical family carers, or do we think they will utilise recurring subscription agreements, such as $500 per patient per year? With 400,000 dementia patients in Australia, both would provide ample revenues to justify its current $28m Market Cap.
What are people's thoughts on the approach they will take?
