I didn't realise you were looking for an early 4c followed by a quick CR - I never want to see another one of those again lol.
Usually 4c comes out the end of the month. It's the way it is. I don't know why they don't release it early, but they don't - unless its in exceptional circumstances such as a quick CR grab
