Wouldnt be surprised if WKT goes about inserting a UK registered entity or listing into the holding structure to leverage being from a country that has BITP , apparently Australia does not have such a treaty , The Tanzanian government appears to have missed the unintended consequences by passing this legislation , the targeting of Accacia has brought the entire mining sector to major alert , this hastily thought out legislation looks like it will fall apart very quickly with the effect of the BITL protection and compensation , just one result from arbitration rebutting the legislation as un enforceable will be it and if losses occur, the miner is entitled to compensation , There is another part of earlier legislation that takes force next month enforcing 25% of the companies shares with SML's on the Tanzanian Stock exchange, no Idea how that will work .
