Bot activity my friend. It happens on super small-volume stocks like FLN. There is also this strategy to force-panic people to sell to a limit set by the computer, which is followed by a big buy orders one after another that makes your jaw drop and say where the heck did that come from!
I bought at 74cents, 71cents, and finally 68.5 cents just a moment ago. Good times to accumulate imo.
