Well I've gone and ditched several goldies, and it's been quite a painful decision.
I thought I could sit this out but I've been absolutely cained the last week (not so much on BDR) and feel it's time to lick my wounds and wait for more favorable conditions. They may have cracked me at just the right time, but capital preservation is key and this last week has hurt me a lot.
I'm also a bit upset with myself for paying a bit too much attention to some other posters here on HC across a couple of threads. Yes I am in charge of my trading decisions but I can see that I've recently let some other chatter shape my thinking and let's just say, I would rather I hadn't digested certain comments, so I'd like to try spending a bit less time here and might seem quiet for a while. Don't mind being tagged tho.
This is very humbling for me, and I recognize that when spirits are this low that is a signal for something too.
In positive news, no ciggies for a bit over a week now. heh. I kick(ed the) butt
I'll keep checking and liking here as this is my favorite thread, and I do want to ride this bus back up when the time comes. Letting almost all the goldies go also feels a bit ridiculous but I am going with my gut here.
Maybe I've just been picking the worst of the litter.
All the best crew.
Here's some charts I think are interesting just now and show levels I feel are important.
Some movement around these could force me back in:
