That might have been the case before Wayne but considering there is a clear earnings guidance to 2020 we have something to grade them off.
Having said that I'm neither here nor there on this 4c BUT 22Mil is better than 21Mil and so we wait.
Too much going on in the back ground I feel to opt out and no reason to whilst targets are being met.
