    i have read many things about people charged by ASIC..

    Richard Pratt comes to mind.....and i do not see you posting about him.

    IF you have an issue with a CEO appointment and you are a potential and or a shareholder you have two options

    1.......do NOT buy any shares

    2.......SELL your shares
