The previously mention allotment of 75,067,000 shares @ 31c is resolution #1 at the egm on the 8th of next month.
Resolution #2 is to ANOTHER 215,320.097 shares AND 107,660,049 oppies!
Resolution 3 is to issue 4 million shares to Vic Bradley and 2 mill to Bill Cash as performance rights if they can get the SP up by 15% by january.
Pfft. I hope some of you Sydney guys are going to the EGM to stick a rocket up 'em (or bring back the brilliant news that will offset some of this BS)
