Yes it probably has. In my experience sales reps cannot immediately generate sales, they need time to gain credability with their clients. At least a year is required, probably more in the medical area. You can't just waltz up to sugeons and hawk your product, it takes many, many meetings to develop trust and confidence before they will try your product. How many of the new sales reps will stay around when they are on performance targets that may not be met. I love the products AHZ has, I just wonder how they will get them taken up in an efficent manner. Revenues seem to indicate that there may be something wrong with the current method. Maybe the hospital contracts will be the saviour now that Adelaide is finally operating.
