It smells a bit like VCN.
I am voting against res 2. (though I am sure it will pass)
Retail investors sit on the register for years, and when a company is at the point of delivering, the bankers sidle up and get cheap issues and convertible notes.
And people wonder why ASX companies trade at such a discount to some foreign peers.
