There were 20.55m shares placed at 70c, which is only 4.8% of total issue, so even if they all went to one investor, he doesn't have anywhere near enough.......20% for a compulsory t/o offer!
I think we'll find this is AMP getting rid of their last 18m, but we may never know as they don't have to disclose anything less than 5%!
Can anybody tell me from their software the total # of shares (approx) traded between 15 Feb and 15 June this yr?
