    It's not "they " that value the timber and oil, it's the market.

    The market sets the price. The maturity of the plantation /available timber and oil for sale are set by annual growth cycles and ability to get to market. This years sales /inventory will no doubt be known and announced with the restructure. Maturity of saleable product is a constant variable, as is the market price.
