there's no senior secured bonds listed on asx, you are probably looking at prefs.
And I'm fully aware of how QIN's 8.75% bonds trade - trades are reported through TRACE, and none have happened. However bond dealers will give indicative quotes if asked and that's what bloomie collates - dealers are quoting around the 75 mark, but means nothing till they actually start to trade.
