Thanks Veecat but I already have a guy all lined up. He has guided me through the procedures, got me a trust deed and talked to me on how I can make a concessional contribution to offset the CGs.
I can't wait to reap the benefits!
My son is an accountant but doesn't yet have the experience in such matters.
