A lien is a legal document - but it is just a formal registration of a claim of an unpaid debt that the claimant would need to subsequently substantiate in court.
It might impact FAR if they had an asset sale process currently in play but if no asset sale is underway then there is virtually no impact other than an unknown impact on reputation with future deal making.
