If the walking track has been built, there will be no reason for them to walk in the middle of the path obstructing motor
Vehicles. I am not a NZ lawyer but I am not sure if what they are doing is legal.
If they really love the mountain, blocking cars which subsequently caused more burning of petrol and emitting more CO2 is not very environmentally friendly.
