yes it would be, but i take comfort in the opinions of a couple of our posters that BRL are in a strong legal position, or appear to be, and probably, at worst, a settlement will be reached for less than what L and M are claiming for.... a fair bit less
although the whole claim should be dismissed if i was the judge...... not that i'm biased ha ha
it's obviously a negative for buying sentiment, share price wise, but the positive's sure outweigh the negative now...
