Looking at the monthly chart, it occurred four times when lyc had a surge from 8c level or so:

1) from 8c to 26c between Nov 2001 and Jan 2002;
2) from 8c to 46c between Jun 2003 and Nov 2003;
3) from 8c to $1.20 between Dec 2005 and Jul 2007; and
4) from 8c to $2.60 between Mar 2009 and Apr 2011.

This is the fifth time.  Where we go from here?
1) If you believe history will repeat, then 26c is the target in three month as a first step.
2) If you believe patterns, then $5.80 is the next peak in eight years.

They are not recommendations, just for a laugh.
