Unfortunately this good news is not doing great things for the stock, I think a lot have left it. Weeks ago, announcements where bringing ridiculous gains to this stock, now this is not the case. It has only put on 9c with this announcement and i classify this announcement far more important than the others.

Far more sellers than buyers too, which is a worry.
