Is anyone else struggling with what CAP's end game is??
Just for kicks lets say they get their money 2 million...what then? FAR won't hand over the 3D if CAP are compensated for it.
They will then have to pay the 15 million guarantee....which I'm almost positive is why FAR have not farmed in yet......I think they saw it coming and decided to sit farm in out until Trace/CAP paid their dough, as I imagine if FAR farm in they would have to pay 75% of the guarantee?
CAP get their 2 million and have no 3D which was required for them to meet their work programme.
They won't be able to farm down whilst the block is as not in good standing....what then??
The interesting thing is we have heard nothing from Trace, who are the operator and majority shareholder??
Seems to me CAP/Trace are in a world of hurt regardless of whether FAR have a lien on them or not.
