I'm not an expert by any stretch but I've also worked out that going on the terms and the 15% rule means this week they could have potentially sold 15% of what was traded so 132,172,484 traded means 19,825,872 of the CN shares could have been sold??
I would say they probably offload the $10,000 worth first up then they figure out towards the end of the day how much shares they can sell which gives them the 15% daily maximum then they offload the rest later in the day to fill the 15%
The question is how many shares do they have or have they converted?
I have worked out a figure going off the 3B Con note Ann's that they have converted 45,104,193 shares but how many they have sold is anyone's guess..
I am not an expert on this kind of thing so if any of this is not right I'm also very happy to be corrected as I'm obviously keen to get a good understanding of this aspect..
