I guess you can call it any name you like, the bottom line is the gov't can take that if the lease condition is not fulfilled. If I were FAR, I would just not deal with people like this at all. Forget DJ, We have enough on our plate with A2 and A5. Better to lose the 1 mil than 76% of 15 mil. If we wanted it that badly, then just sit on the side line and wait for gov't to confiscate the lease for re tendering.
My point is if they are like this before the project even started, what other #$@% could they come up with? A bit like A1 and A4 block? We have enough problems with just drilling.
