In hindsight now that I realise we have let customers go that we werent making a lot of coin from I think this is because they were getting rid of dead wood, eg income before then consisted of a lot of different customers not just using alexicool, alexiflam etc so cut the dead wood out (unprofitable customers)means less income from those customers. But then Alexicool and Alexiflam sales increased by a large amount in comparisson to what they were. Really this is showing jsut how successful Alexicool and Alexiflam are IMO.
So what we dropped in sales in one aspect we more than made up for it in another aspect IMO
So he isnt telling furphys he is just showing how much sales of Alexiflam and Alexicool had grown all my opinion
