    Jeez Vlad, your pessimism is overwhelming. If you don't like the way this company is run, then just walk away. Sell whatever shares you have and go somewhere else. That would surely be the smart thing to do.....your posts support the view that you are a most unhappy person..go away... find a bar... have a drink... you might even get lucky.
