In my opinion the terms aren't great but that's what happens when you try to raise huge amounts of debt in a undeveloped market place (lithium).

Next year should see at least somewhere between 80-100kt of spod sold at USD$500 margins in my opinion. More than enough to cover interest payments and then we build from there.

While not exactly flashy terms it's sure as hell better than issuing AUD$146m of shares at like 13c for another $1bn shares on issue!

$146m is also basically the entire capex estimate for the AJM plant so I am pretty sure we have left ourselves some breathing room. Game plan now is get to market quickly and start bringing in the dollars.
