QGC has ~950PJ and is capitalized @ 2 billion
BUL is reporting ~250PJ and is capitalized @ 0.1 Billion
Based on the amount of resources available for sale (not considering management, finances, resource certification, contracts etc), BUL, once the certification program gets underway and ~250PJ are proven, may be re-rated @ ~0.5 Billion or $1.75 per share.
This assumes that QGC is priced correctly !
