SP007. The company is fully aware that its holders are hold hostaged to the news and more often than not kept themselves updated with UK news via their own research. So the company felt there is no need to make such announcement. I got a feeling that one of the proactive holder rand the company about the news and pushed it to make the announcement. I doubt the attitude will change anytime soon.
