There is a graph of CETO 5 performance published at that time.
It stated that the actual output closely matched the corresponding computer models. Unfortunately it is not really clear what the scales are. The graph caption is "Power measured and modelled in single CETO 5 unit in Hs 2.4m" which I assume means 2.4 metre swell height?? The power output is around "40" - no unit stated. If it means 40 KW, then this is way below the 250Kw output claimed for CETO 5. On the other hand, it is good that the actual output matched the model.
