Your faith in human kind is refreshing, unfortunately I don't share the same view!
I think I have posted enough of my opinions on this forum over the many years on KIM and many other stocks (and the direction of the markets) and my views on the vast majority of occassions have proven to be correct.
There is no doubt that I do have superior knowledge, its not very hard given the calibre of many posters on this forum, and others like it hehehe
