I'm wondering the same thing. It's a very quiet period on that front plus nickel down 34% in last 2 months, gold going nowhere, $A up. MCR sharp correction. Recent 40 cent placement. All creating headwinds for VRE obviously. Given all that (and that none of these things gets materially worse for now), maybe it's doing ok...
